Woodland Heights Propane Program 2025/2026

Home owners who are dues paid Members of the WHCA for 2025/26 are eligible to participate in the most cost effective home propane program in Ontario.

Woodland Heights is the founding partner of the North Muskoka Propane Buying Group which includes partner associations of lake and community associations in north Muskoka now serving more than 600 homeowners and ten associations.

The organisation operates as a ‘Collective’ in obtaining best net propane services pricing with no normally charged for additional monthly costs which includes; tank rentals, monitor rentals, delivery charge, hazmat fees etc.

As the largest home buying group in Ontario, there exists significant knowledge of the fuel service industry, of commodity markets, in establishing stringent supplier performance requirements and work to continuously reduce costs while improving services delivery to those participating in the propane program.

The North Muskoka Propane Buying Group operates as a not for profit collective - staffed by trained volunteers with years of experience in serving homeowners and working directly with the propane suppliers.

There are no additional costs of any kind accruing to our customer participants - administrative costs if required, are provided by associations.  The entire focus is to obtain the best value, best supplier performance and provide support to our propane users on any  issues, challenges and need for information.  We advocate on behalf of our customers in working with the propane provider.
